Honey Chilli Baby Corn is an Indo-Chinese recipe in which baby corn is deep fried and sauteed in a sweet and spicy sauce. I usually prepare Chilly Baby Corn that too very rare when bored of usual veggies for lunch. But this time , I thought to prepare in different style and came up with this recipe. This dish can be accompanied with fried rice or noodles. You can also try the recipe replacing babycorn with paneer, tofu, potato, cauliflower and mushroom.
