ONION TOMATO THOKKU RECIPE | SIDE DISH FOR CHAPATHI - HAPPIEE EATZ
Onion Tomato Thokku is one of my favourite side for chapathi. It is a great side dish for chapathi and can also be used for idly, dosa and aapam. You don't need much ingredients for this and can be done quickly. It is also a beginnerly friendly dish. It has mild sweet taste in it to balance the rawness of tomato and masala. I hate garlic in few dishes because of its soggy texture. But, in this dish, I love to add more garlic by chopping it finely and frying it to golden brown. Trust me, it gives a great taste to the dish. Kindly don't judge since I had mentioned it has mild sweet taste in it ,this recipe is my way of preparation.
