MUSHROOM PEPPER CHUKKA RECIPE | MUSHRROM FRY RECIPE - HAPPIEE EATZ

🍄Oil - 1 tbsp
🍄Ghee - 1 tbsp
🍄Onion - 1(if large), 11/2(if medium)
🍄Curry leaves - 1 sprig
🍄Red chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp
🍄Coriander powder - 1 tsp
🍄Dry Red chilly - 1
🍄Cumin - 1 tsp
🍄Fennel - 1 tsp
🍄Peppercorn - 1 tbsp
🍄Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
🍄Salt - Required amount
Method:
🍄Take a kadai, add oil and ghee. Once the oil and ghee is heated, add and temper the mustard seeds and curry leaves.
🍄Add 1/2 finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and fry until the onions become golden.
🍄Add the mushrooms and add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder and salt. Give a stir.
🍄Add 2 tbsp of water and leave till the mushroom leaves water from it.
🍄Grind peppercorn, cumin and. fennel seeds. Add the grinded powder once the mushroom left all its water.
🍄Once the water starts drying, add the remaining finely chopped onions to it.
🍄Fry until all the water gets dried out.
Note:
🍄If you need more spiciness, add red chilly powder or increase the amount of peppercorn while grinding.
🍄If it is too spicy, add few spoons of ghee and give a stir fry.
