 Chaat is popular Indian street food whichloved by many. It has wide varieties like Masala Puri, Dahi Puri, Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Papadi chaat, Samosa Chaat, etc. For few varieties, Puri is the main part of the dish. It is usually made with maida and semoina. Since, maida is not that healthy, you can prepare it in a heathier version of it. For the recipe, check 👇

Preparation Time - 40 minutes | Cooking Time - 15 minutes | Total time - 55 minutes | Course  - Snack | Cuisine  - Indian Chaat | Servings  - 3

Ingredients:

🍪Semolina / White rava - 1 cup

🍪Wheat Flour - 1/4 cup

🍪Salt - 1 tsp

🍪Sunflower/ Refined oil - 2 tbsp

🍪Warm water -  Required amount

.

Method:

🍪Mix semolina, wheat flour, salt and oil in a bowl.

🍪Gradually, add luke warm water and mix until it achieves a chapathi dough consistency. Don't add too much of water.

🍪Rest it for 30 mins.

🍪Roll it evenly with small thickness.

🍪Cut it into circle by placing a bottle cup.

🍪Deep fry it and it should puff up.

🍪Store it in an air - tight container.
