TAWA MUTTON FRY RECIPE | MUTTON FRY RECIPE - HAPPIEE EATZ

Tawa Mutton Fry is one such recipe which will tempt even those who don't like mutton like me. It is prepared from the meat pieces in the gravy. It will give a nice flavor when fried in an iron pan with indian spices. It Do try this recipe given below and enjoy.

Ingredients:
🥩Curry leaves - 1 sprig
🥩Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
🥩Sambar powder - 1/2 tbsp
🥩Mutton pieces - 1/4 kg
🥩Onion - 1
🥩Tomato - 1
🥩Green chilly - 2
🥩Salt - as required
🥩Pepper powder- 1tbsp
🥩Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
🥩Heat the cast iron tawa. Add oil and once it is heated, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilly and 1/2 finely chopped onion. Fry it becomes translucent.
🥩Add ginger garlic paste till the raw smell goes off.
Add tomatoes till it becomes mushy.
🥩Add the mutton pieces from the gravy and fry it along with sambar powder/red chilly powder, pepper and salt.
🥩Once it is roasted partially, add the remaining chopped onion.
🥩Garnish it with coriander and serve hot.
